Senate Bill 178 strengthens Ohio’s DUI laws (The Suburbanite)

Senate Bill 17, sponsored by State Senator Tim Grendell with Summit Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh, strengthened Ohio’s DUI laws. Her provision requires previously convicted DUI offenders with two or more offenses be required to take either the breath test or blood draw.

He was drinking in the wrong city. He should have visited Edmond to drink and drive. Edmond has the most lax DUI laws in the state if not the nation. They routinely change DUI to TOC. Edmond never files DUI cases in county court so the convictions never show up on anybody's driving record.
